For additional safety and security, we ship to you in packaging that’s as private as possible with our company name abbreviated to only "ARCI." This ensures that there is no obvious indication of the value of the contents.

For the majority of orders, we’ll notify you of shipment via both a phone call and an e-mail with your shipping details.

FEDEX WILL MAKE MULTIPLE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

FedEx will make three delivery attempts and leave notice when that attempt is unsuccessful. You can wait for the next attempt or reach out to FedEx to schedule an appointment to pick up your delivery if you prefer. On the rare occasion that neither delivery or pick-up are successful, rest assured your shipment will be returned to us and is insured the entire time.

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES POSSIBLE

While increasingly uncommon, sometimes clients prefer high-value orders to be shipped to a PO Box. While it’s becoming more expensive, we can certainly facilitate this request, usually for $40 to $75 (higher for Alaska and Hawaii). Please call us for details and assistance.
