The Texas Silver Rounds we mentioned above contain the Lone Star with an eagle perched on a branch on the obverse along with the phrases “E Pluribus Unum” and “In God We Trust” and the Angel of Victory in front of the Alamo is shown on the reverse. The reverse also depicts effigies of Sam Houston and Stephen F. Austin with the phrase “Remember the Alamo” along the bottom.
