1-oz. St. Gaudens Silver Rounds
NOTE: High demand is currently making brief delays of 3-5 days possible.
Silver bullion coins made by private companies are called “rounds” to distinguish them from their counterparts issued by government mints around the world. The main attraction of silver rounds is their lower price. However, it’s key to not focus only on the cheapest rounds available, but ensure they are high-quality rounds from a trusted manufacturer and feature both their one ounce silver weight and global standard .999-fine purity.
The designs for many popular rounds are inspired by historical U.S. silver coinage. However, these rounds borrowed from one of the most beautiful U.S. gold coins ever made, the $20 St. Gaudens issued from 1907 – 1933, and it’s impressive to see the striking walking Lady Liberty design in silver.
Our St. Gaudens Silver Rounds are most frequently from Highland Mint and sometimes Golden State or Silver Towne Mints, all highly reputable companies, and designs may vary slightly from those featured here. Rounds are packaged in Mint Rolls of 20 with smaller orders in coin flips. Private manufacturers don’t offer plastic Mint Boxes of 500 like the government mints, but bulk deals are available and packaged in similar fashion.
Large quantities of rounds can be reportable when liquidating, so call to learn more and to ask your questions at 1-800-928-6468.
